Dr Sarj Vasani
Dr Vasani graduated in Medicine from the University of Cambridge in 2002 and subsequently moved to London to complete his training in ENT Surgery, working at highly respected units including Charing Cross Hospital and the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital.
He attained Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2013. He has trained with globally recognised surgeons in all areas of ENT surgery including Head and Neck surgery, Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery, Paediatric ENT and Laryngology.
He completed further subspecialist training in Head and Neck Surgery at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) in 2015 and attained specialist certification with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2017.
He currently practices as a specialist at the RBWH and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland. Dr Vasani has completed postgraduate research in Medical Ethics and Law and Healthcare Leadership.
He has a keen interest in cancer research and regularly speaks at local and international conferences.
